Sequence from animation that takes a closer look at adenoviral vector technology and the advancements being made with the creation of the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine for Covid-19.

Our client wanted to begin their story with a very accurate and clear view of the virion structure and its outer components.

We constructed and assembled the structure — from the icosahedral capsid to other principal components including the penton bases, the hexons, and fibers — by working with cryo-electron microscopic and crystallographic data.

Adenoviruses have been studied intensively for over 50 years as models of virus–cell interactions.
